As Industrial inkjet printheads have evolved to small drop size and increased dpi the adoption of digital label printing continues to have strong growth. The advantage of being able to print short runs of labels allows brands to keep up with the demands of regulatory requirements, multiple languages and being able to target labels towards smaller demographics. Additionally inkjet technology allows unique serial numbers or barcodes on every label allowing for complete tracablity of products.
